Located in the iconic London hotel, the restaurant is a popular celebrity hang-out and attracts diners from across the country.

Receiving rave reviews and gaining a global reputation, the range of a la carte, Dim Sum and set menus do not compromise on the traditional recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. A firm favourite amongst regular diners, the Peking Duck is seasoned to perfection, while the Dim Sum flawlessly captures the unique culinary art of the south China cuisine. All of the menus are concise lists of only the finest dishes that have been carefully compiled.

The restaurant was first conceived and launched by Sir David Tang, founder of China Clubs in Hong Kong, Peking and Singapore, and Shanghai Tang, the first international luxury brand to emerge from China. The founder was closely involved in creating the opulent interior and hand-picked the collection of traditional and contemporary Chinese art on display.

Evoking a sense of 1930s Shanghai art deco, the exquisite bar serves a variety of classic cocktails made by the highly skilled bartenders, many of which perfectly accompany the Dim Sum menu. Every Tuesday night, sensational duo Kitty La Roar and Nick of Time transport guests back to the jazz era.

If you are looking to host a special occasion, the three private dining rooms, Ping, Pang and Pong provide the perfect setting; in which to entertain guests while enjoying the world-class cuisine.
