“ART IS NOT WHAT YOU SEE, BUT WHAT OTHERS MAKE YOU SEE.” - Edgar Degas
Few things have the power to move a person quite like art. From astonishing pieces that leave the viewer feeling emotionally vulnerable, to vibrant paintings that lift and make the heart sing, art is a truly powerful medium.
Bringing fine art to art lovers for over 25 years are brothers Cameron and Drew McMillan who own the M. McMillan & Sons fine art gallery.
Located in South Kensington, M. McMillan & Sons is home to a large selection of artwork, with a particular focus on 19th century original oil paintings as well as 16th and 17th century oil masters.
Concentrating on quality, visitors to the gallery will also find paintings covering a wide range of subjects including venetian, equestrian, landscapes and seascapes, among many others.
With their enviable knowledge of the fine art world, the brothers are aptly placed to work with clients looking to build their art collection. With their alert system, the gallery is able to track art, helping collectors looking for that special piece. If required, they can also buy on commission that must-have artwork.
The gallery also offers a range of other services including full restoration, artwork cleaning, framing services as well as offering valuations for insurance purposes.
Operating in a world that is ever-changing, Cameron and Drew work hard to keep abreast of the latest trends and are ever alert to which artists to watch for the future.
It is with great delight therefore that M. McMillan & Sons have confirmed themselves as representing contemporary artist, Carlos Salvador Mira.
